Anemarsaponin B是从 A. asphodeloides的根茎分离的一种甾体皂苷。Anemarsaponin B降低iNOS和COX-2的蛋白和mRNA水平。Anemarsaponin B减少促炎细胞因子的表达和产生，包括TNF-α和IL-6。Anemarsaponin B通过阻断IκBα的磷酸化来抑制 NF-κB的p65亚基的核转位。Anemarsaponin B还抑制MAP激酶激酶3/6(MKK3/6)和混合谱系激酶3 (MLK3)的磷酸化。具有抗炎作用。
