FABP4 Inhibitor是一种细胞可渗透的联苯唑氧乙酸酯，通过靶向其脂肪酸结合口袋(在使用1，8-氨基水杨酸的竞争性结合试验中Ki = < 2 nM)，作为脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白(aFABP/aP2)的有效和选择性抑制剂，同时对肌肉和表皮FABP氏病表现出低得多的亲和力(Ki分别为250 nM和350 nM)。
