ON123300是一种有效的多激酶抑制剂，对CDK4, Ark5, PDGFRβ, FGFR1, RET, Fyn的IC50分别为3.9 nM, 5 nM, 26 nM, 26 nM, 9.2 nM和11nM，可能对脑肿瘤化学治疗有用。ON123300强烈抑制Ark5和CDK4，以及生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶，如β-型血小板衍生的生长因子受体（PDGFRβ）。
