TAS-102是一种生物利用的联合剂，由细胞毒性嘧啶类似物三氟吡啶（5-三氟-2α-脱氧胸苷或TFT）和胸苷磷酸化酶抑制剂（TPI）替吡西酯盐酸盐组成，摩尔比为1.0：0.5（TFT ：TPI），具有潜在的抗肿瘤活性。
