Cryptotanshinone(隐丹参酮),一种从丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)根部分离出的天然化合物,在DU145细胞中显著阻断STAT3 Tyr705的磷酸化,但不影响STAT3 Ser727的磷酸化,并且显著抑制JAK2的磷酸化,其半抑制浓度(IC50)约为5微摩尔,同时不影响上游激酶c-SrcEGFR的磷酸化。

Discription Cryptotanshinone, a natural compound isolated from the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (Danshen), dramatically blocks STAT3 Tyr705 phosphorylation but not STAT3 Ser727 phosphorylation in DU145 cells, and significantly inhibits JAK2 phosphorylation with IC50 of ~5 μM without affecting the phosphorylation of upstream kinases c-Src and EGFR.
