Hesperetin是一种选择性磷酸二酯酶(PDE)4抑制剂，存在于中药“陈皮”中。橙皮素是一种柑橘类黄酮，据报道可以降低血浆胆固醇。橙皮素降低Hep-G2细胞中ACAT-2 mRNA的转录，并以剂量依赖的方式降低ApoB蛋白的合成。它也是类癌的潜在疗法。
