PK11007是一种抗p53药物，可通过两个表面暴露的半胱氨酸的选择性烷基化来稳定野生型和突变型p53，而不会损害其DNA结合活性。它不仅通过重新激活p53发挥抗肿瘤功能，还通过其他细胞机制发挥作用，例如将细胞ROS升高至毒性水平并激活UPR。
