Discription

Prulifloxacin is an older synthetic chemotherapeutic antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone drug class. Like other fluoroquinolones, Prulifloxacin prevents bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair and recombination through inhibition of bacterial DNA gyrase.
