Ubenimex，也称为NK 421和Bestatin，是CD13抑制剂。Ubenimex通过抑制脂质吞噬相关机制中的Akt信号传导减弱肾细胞癌中获得性索拉非尼耐药性。Ubenimex协同增强抗癌药在肝细胞癌中的作用。Ubenimex通过抑制APN的表达并诱导前列腺癌细胞的自噬细胞死亡来抑制细胞增殖，迁移和侵袭。
